About
Who's behind BootIntel.
BootIntel is an independent hardware security product. This page exists so you can see who runs it, where it's operated from, and how to reach a human before deciding whether to trust us with your device logs.

People
Founded and operated by Zenofex, a hardware security researcher previously involved in projects including Exploitee.rs. BootIntel is deliberately small — a working tool built by someone who spends their evenings staring at U-Boot output, not a fund-raised platform play.
If you need to reach a person and not a form, email addresses on the contact page route to real inboxes.
What we do
We ingest UART and boot log text, run structured fingerprint and detection pipelines against it, and match detected component versions against the NVD CVE feed. The product exists because most vulnerable embedded devices announce what they are during boot — if you can read the log, you can see the exposure. Full coverage and limitations are documented on the coverage page.
Why we're transparent
The people we build for won't hand over device logs to a black box. So we publish data handling on our trust page, our disclosure policy on the security page, and this “who’s actually behind it” page. If a claim on the site doesn't match reality, we want to hear about it.
